Exploring Your Energetic Gifts and Abilities Development Gatherings
For those who have attended Exploring Your Energetic Gifts and Abilities, Qigong, or Chow Qigong classes with Mary Zelmer, this ongoing monthly gathering offers a supportive space to expand and deepen your individual gifts. Each month we’ll explore new practices, share experiences, strengthen intuitive awareness, and continue developing the energetic abilities you discovered in the first class.
You may register for all four meetings at once or choose to register one month at a time. Join us as we build confidence, community, and a deeper understanding of how to work with your unique energetic strengths.

Chow Qigong
Qigong is a subtle energy healing system and ancient wisdom practice over 5,000 years old based in Traditional Chinese Medicine. There are many styles practiced around the world, in this class we will focus on Chow Qigong which is a medical qigong. Qigong is considered a “way of life” practice that encompasses the union of body, mind and spirit. Qi means lifeforce or breath and gong means work or cultivation. Qigong is cultivating lifeforce energy, health, overall well-being and vitality.

Chow Qigong Acupressure Point Healing System
Learn the art of channeling Qi through touch to stimulate five powerful acupressure points. By stimulating these points, you can help yourself or a friend heal from injury or pain by supporting the flow of qi through specific meridians in the body. You do not need to have experience in Qigong or energy work. Bring yourself, bring a friend.
